Text Messaging While Driving

This case tell about the young man who was masterful text messager. Patrick Sims record had been 7000 text messages in one month. At one time, exactly on in November 2005 while driving home from a video store, he was text messaging. Cause his careless driving, he hit one person name Jim Price, then Mr. Price died later at the hospital. For his act, he must be punished up to year in prison, but cause of the suggest of Mr. Price family Patrick was sentenced to ten days in jail, Three month house arrest, no driving until court approval, a $3000 fine, and 300 hours of community services. Others, on June 2007, five young woman were killed. Phone records show that the driver’s phone had a text message in process at the time of the accident.

Of course the act like Patrick do is unethical. He is don’t care about else people safety. From this case we can learn that we must to driving carefully, for our and else people safety. Text messaging while driving is danger, and for this act must be some law that regulate it.
